Delivery

We currently deliver to Finland and the European Union.

Order processing time is 1-3 business days. Please note that during peak season, processing times may be longer due to congestion.

Delivery times are estimates.

Packages are delivered by Posti.

Delivery times are estimates and beyond our control. Sissi's Ceramics is not responsible for indirect costs incurred by the customer due to delayed delivery.

If the product arrives damaged, please contact the shipping company immediately and email sissisceramics@gmail.com to discuss how to proceed on a case-by-case basis.

Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sissisceramics@gmail.com. Please note that the return must be in its original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for the costs incurred for the return. When making a return request, please state the reason for the return, your name, order number, phone number, and the items to be returned in your message.

We do not accept items sent back to us without first requesting a return.

Unclaimed packages

Please note that an unclaimed package is not the same as a return, and we will charge the customer €25 for it.
